Certificate Programs
Educational Background: No formal education requirement. Open to all individuals.
Application Process: Submit a completed admissions application form.
Bachelor in Christian Ministry
Educational Background:

High school diploma or equivalent, OR
-
Admission as a special student for those who lack a high school diploma or its equivalent

The Diploma in Christian Ministry is not required for admission, but all required credits must be completed to graduate.

Application Process: Submit a completed admissions application form.
Recommendation Letters: Two letters of recommendation from church leaders, mentors, or employers who can provide insights into the applicant's academic and spiritual readiness for the program.
Additional Notes:
Special Students: Applicants to the Bachelor in Christian Ministry who do not possess a high school diploma or its equivalent may be admitted as special students. These students will have the opportunity to demonstrate their capability to succeed in the program through a probationary period during which they must maintain satisfactory academic progress.
Dual Enrollment: Students may choose to enroll in both a certificate program and the Diploma in Christian Ministry simultaneously, allowing them to build foundational knowledge while advancing toward their diploma.
Diploma in Christian Ministry
Educational Background:

Completion of a Certificate in Pre-Ministerial Studies, OR
-
Demonstrated capability to succeed in the Diploma in Christian Ministry program, as determined by the admissions committee based on the information provided in the admissions application.

Transfer Students
Credit Transfer Limits:

Students may transfer up to 75% of credits into the B.A. program from institutions certified by AETH or nationally or regionally accredited.

Students may transfer up to 50% of credits for all other programs.

Equivalency Evaluation:

The registrar's office will complete the equivalency evaluation of transferred credits.

The evaluation will then be submitted to the president's office for approval or revision.

Credits from non-AETH certified or accredited institutions may be considered for transfer. Approval of these credits is at the discretion of the president, based on a review of the institution's academic standards.
